Han Geng’s interest in Super Junior M didn’t end when he left and it’s Zhou Mi now, with mixed feelings, who bears the brunt of that interest. They’re no longer bandmates and they were never friends, but they still find themselves tangled together two and some years on.

A/N: Written for lixia84 for sujuexchange and originally posted here. Included within is a very liberal version of reality. Most non-essential characters having been gifted with names from my imagination (save other celebrities). The gritty details of how the industry and concerts work are also invented as to be vaguely plausible and not as a blueprint of reality, as I am not personally familiar with said details, so forgive any inaccuracies. Feeling emotionally fragile lately; taking it out on Qmi. Scribbled in half an hour or so, it retreads many of the same emotional themes as the previous Qmi fic because, I don't know, this is how I process things, I guess, reworking the same story in different formats. It's cheaper than therapy, right? This is not meant to be anything more than personal so it's likely I won't repost - I actually wasn't sure whether or not I should even post for public consumption but on the off-chance that other people may get something out of this thing, I decided I would. Plus, it's my writing comm, and I can archive what I want, right? For instance, my emotional overinvestment in written form...

Happy SJM and Qmi that is part-crack and part-ridiculous fluff, as requested, though it grew a little out of control, as the word count may evince. What can I say? I alternated between referring to this fic as "the cockblocking fic" or "the one where everyone loves Zhou Mi". Both are apt.

Either way, here you go: a KiHae AU that is over 8000 words long and still manages to be little more than porn without plot. Those fuckers.
