Okay, so I've had this in the works since September last year and had most of it done. I got totally blocked on writing for it for months for some reason until I finally caved and cut out the Qmi (so there is not JongMi in here either, I'm sorry!). It seemed to push the rest of the fic towards the finish line though, so I finally managed to finish it tonight.

Warning: nothing happens in this story. Seriously. There is no point. I just wanted to write fluffy inter-company het (and, uh, Minho/Donghae, because I always want to write them*).

( She casts a curious glance at Jessica, who is silent across the elevator, eyes faraway. She holds herself politely but distantly, and Victoria sends her an unsure smile when they step off the elevator on the twelfth floor.  )

This is catskilt's fault, though she doesn't know it, for mentioning the HyukHae on-my-knees-between-your-legs bit from SSII. Because, dude, I still haven't even watched it, but it sparked all my ficcing urges. So have some HyukHae, who are bizarrely easier to write than KiHae, probably due to the fact that they are both existent and not imaginary. Unlike, you know, certain other people.

God, how hot do I find HyukHae's faux-blowjobs lately, it's the definition of unfair.

   (1a. It's very hard to write Minho/Donghae when I know so very little about SHINee, so please correct me should you spot any glaring errors or discrepancies of characterization.)

For black_goose's birthday because I love her a lot a lot and she should know! She wanted happy and funny HanChul with babies. I gave her one baby, plenty of happy, and the funny is debatable. Actually, the happy is debatable, since giving HanChul the baby was mostly to torture them, lol. Still, happy birthday, Laura! Ilubb. ♥

I wrote this for lovelessending for miracle_ss, originally posted here. She asked for supernatural with demons which stumped me for the longest time (as those I whined to will know, haha) - I finally fell upon this plot and then the writing came pretty quickly. She also asked for angst so, um, beware!

The title refers to a type of fortune telling that distinguishes between those destined to help you (贵人) from those destined to harm you (小人).
